Throughout these Terms, "you" or "your" refer to you personally and, if you access this Site on behalf of a corporation or other legal entity, you and such entity on whose behalf you access the Site.

IN NO EVENT SHALL Apni Sec BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, EXCEPT WHERE SUCH LIMITATION IS PROHIBITED BY LAW.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT DAMAGES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO ACCESS THE SITE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR €100, WHICHEVER IS HIGHER.

Consumer Rights: If you are a consumer within the EU, your statutory rights are not affected by these limitations.

10. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Apni Sec from any claims, damages, and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

11. TERMINATION

11.1 Termination by Us

  • With reasonable notice for operational reasons
11.2 Termination by You

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Site will cease, but provisions regarding intellectual property, liability limitations, and dispute resolution will survive.

13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Court Jurisdiction: Any legal proceedings shall be brought before the competent courts of the India. Consumer disputes may also be brought in the courts of your country of residence.

14. GENERAL PROVISIONS

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Apni Sec regarding your use of the Site.

14.2 Severability

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect, and the invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.

14.3 Language

These Terms are available in English. In case of discrepancy, this version shall prevail for matters governed by Indian law.

14.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights with reasonable notice to you.
